Last Weigh In

Hi all,

Been to Rowlands for my weekly weigh in and ive lost another 1.5lbs i’m very pleased with this and now looking forward to continuing losing more weight for my daughters wedding and my summer holiday. The last 8 weeks have gone so quick so i hope the next 13 weeks go just as quick.the whole experience has been so good and i cant thank everyone enough. i’m so pleased with myself and hope everyone else who has took part in the challenge feels the same. Lost another 4.4 lbs!

Hi all,

Feeling very pleased with myself been to Rowlands for my weigh in and ive lost 2kg = 4.4LB  this makes up for last week when i put on 1lb. Well its the final week feel like ive had so many hurdles to jump over in the last seven weeks. started the first week with a bad chest and throat infection recovered from that then got an abcess under one of my teeth spent days in a lot of pain and some very expensive dental treatment. Last week i had my shoulder op and im in a great deal of pain, now ive got to have months of physio to get my shoulder working properly but in the light of all this ive achieved what i set out to do and thats to lose enough weight to get into my dress for my daughter Michelles wedding and ive done this. Good luck to everyone for the final week and thanks Wish fm for choosing me to take part in the challenge. I am so grateful to everyone involved. Speak to you soon hopefully when im in a lot less pain.

Sunday 18th April

hi all,not feeling too good had my shoulder op on friday and im in lots of pain. i didnt think it was going to be this bad anyway less of my shoulder im still doing very well keeping to the diet. i just hope tomorrow (monday 19th april) ill lose a good amount of weight hoping for 3lb but anything more would be great. forgot to say its the first day of week 8 and still feeling very positive about the diet and would recommend it to anyone its so easy to follow and you get great results almost immediately. had a banana shake for breakfast a chicken soup for lunch and having a piece of steak and veg soup for my tea. think ill have a few peanuts for my eveving snack. im sat typing this with one hand while my husband dave cooks my tea and it seems to be taking me ages (thats the typing not my tea). before i go would like to say happy birthday to my son matthew whos 22 today. thanks to everyone for being so supportive and see you soon have to go now because my tea is ready.

The Latest Weigh In…

Hi all,

After feeling really great about myself went to Rowlands for my weekly weigh in and couldnt believe it when they told me id put on a pound. Absolutely gutted and still cant get my head around what i did different last week to any other week ive been doing the diet.  its easy for my family to say just accept it and carry on i should lose a good amount next week but im still feeling really annoyed with myself over the weight gain. im going out for a walk now due to having to do more excersise than normal.

Sunday 11th April

Hi everyone

Well it’s the first day of week 7, and how quick the weeks have gone, the final is so close I can’t wait for it.  Just need to decide what to wear – out of the wardrobe or do I go and buy something new.  Before I forget I went to try my dress on for the wedding on Friday and couldn’t believe it, it fitted, just felt a little tight, but I’ve still got plenty time until July.  I’ll just have to make sure that I don’t put any weight on, but I’m determined not to.  Met an old friend today and she noticed straight away that I’d lost lots of weight.  Feels great when people notice.  I’m going in hospital on Friday to have a shoulder operation, so just hope this doesn’t mess my diet up for me.  Don’t know how long I’m going to be out of action but I’ll still be able to do lots of walking, so hopefully that will be enough.  Looking forward to going to Rowlands tomorrow to get weighed, just hope I do as well as last week.

Fifth weigh in!!

Fifth weigh in. (Tueaday 6th April)
 
Been to Rowlands early this morning and very happy with the results lost 1.6kg which is equivilant to 3.5lbs that means I’ve now lost over a stone. Cant believe its now week 6 and still doing really well, actually I cant believe I’ve stuck to the diet as well as I have. Tried other diets and never been able to stick to them so extremely proud of myself. I would like to say once again thankyou to everyone at Wish fm and Rowlands for being so supportive and very helpful.

Weigh in – 29th March

Hi all

Been to Rowlands for my weekly weigh in (Monday 29th March) and lost 0.8kg which is 1.8lbs im very pleased with this thats not far off a stone in 4 weeks. Im hopefully on target for a 1 and a half – 2 stone weigh loss. I need to say the ladies at Rowlands in Upholland are really helpful they have my shakes and soup ready for me before i get there, thankyou to you all. Feel great but i now need to do lots more excercise as well as walking each day. Tried the cookies and cream shake this morning it was ok but not as nice as the banana or strawberry. Made the minestrone soup yesterday it was delicous. Will definetely be making it again. Have to go now.

Speedy Three Weeks

Tried the banana shake this morning (Thursday) very surprised it tasted quite nice so will be getting more on my next visit to Rowlands. Having a fillet steak with steamed veg for tea. Feeling very tired today think its because the end of the school term is so near but im still going out for a walk later on tonight just hope it will wake me up. Can’t believe how quick the past 3 weeks plus have gone and just hope the next 4 weeks go as quick.  Going to go now and make my tea so speak to you soon.

Friday!

Hi all

It’s the  start of the weekend again (Friday), Started the day with my favourite shake (strawberry) and 1/2 litre of water . Then mid morning i had a snack (small apple) and another 1/2 litre of water. Thought my bladder would be used to me drinking over 2 litres per day by now but obviously not because im constantly running to the toilet. Dont know whose the worst at work me or my colleague Julie. I then had a chicken soup and another 2 glasses of water for my lunch. It was shortbread for afters at school today it looked and smelt delicious. One of the children tried to tempt me with a small piece but i was strong and refused it. For my afternoon snack i had a small orange then steak with vegetable slices for tea as well as more water. The veg slices were from one of the recipies on the celebrity web site and they were very nice well worth a try. Will be making them again. Going to have 1/2 a choc caramel bar for supper as well as a cup of coffee then off to bed with a magazine and another large glass of water. I lead such an exciting lifestyle.

A Sunday Wander

Hi again,Out early this morning (Sunday) for a walk with my sister and her dogs Rolo and Jet. Walked to the top of Billinge Hill and around Houghwood Golf then back home to have my strawberry shake. Felt very tired when walking no energy at all think I should have my shake before any exercise next weekend it definetly gives me more energy for climbing those hills. Chicken soup for lunch and cooking a chicken with veg for tea. Going to go for another walk later this afternoon through the fields and around the grammar school or Winstanley College as it is now known.
