Hello Everyone

Well I went to Rowland’s Pharmacy yesterday for my weigh in, I couldn’t believe my eyes I have lost another 4.4lb, WOOHOO I LOVE YOU CELEBRITY SLIM )

What a lovely weekend we got the BBQ out on Saturday. I wasn’t tempted by the cheese burgers or sausages Andy was scoffing. I had my BBQ chicken salad and loved every mouthful mmmmm! I had a few drinks as a treat, but did not over do it……no more waking up with hangovers for me, I was a fresh as a daisy on Sunday.
Well people the 30th April is getting closer and closer! I am so excited I can’t wait to see how well everyone has done and I know I have said this time and time again but a BIG thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout the 8 weeks!!!

Well it was the final weigh in at Rowland’s today and I can’t believe I have lost another 2 and 1/4 pounds. I don’t think I have been this happy for a long  time ………so thank you Celebrity Slim!

 I am getting myself prepared for the final this Friday. My hair appointment is booked and my outfit is sorted all I need to do now is just enjoy the last few days before I go it alone. I have enjoyed every minute of the 8 week challenge and I will honestly keep the weight off there is no way I will go back to the size I was.

I hope everyone who has taken part in the Celebrity Slim 8 Week challenge is as pleased as I am and I can’t wait to see everybody on Friday!

Well I have just got in from another hour in the gym, I am certainly putting my new found energy to good use, hopefully it will help the weight loss again this week. I have been thinking of how I am going to keep myself motivated after the 8 weeks of the Celebrity Slim challenge and I have decided that I am going to focus on getting fitter and healthier. I am not going to go back to comfort eating or takeaway binges anymore, they are now well in the past, I don’t want to waste the opportunity I have had by just going back to my old ways. The Celebrity Slim 8 week challenge has been one of the best things to happen to me and I am so glad I applied )

All my friends and colleagues have been saying how well I look………my confidence is growing day by day and I feel really good about myself. Is so nice when people stop and say “oooh you are looking really good”……I love it hehe.

I am going to have a long soak in the bath, to relax my muscles, so I am ready for another good day tomorrow.

Hi All 

Well it’s the last week and I am preparing for my final weigh in. I am really pushing for a good final weigh in. I will be going to the gym and working extra hard. I really enjoyed my two glasses of wine last night and I think I have definitely turned a corner with my eating and drinking habits. I now can stop at two glasses of wine and I now stop eating when I feel full. Honest to god I used to just eat and drink until I felt like bursting …………………..but no more. 

Oh I don’t want this experience to end it has completely changed me I am more confident and probably the slimmest I have been for a long long time. I just want to say a big thank you to Celebrity Slim, WISH FM and Rowland’s Pharmacy. I would never have reached this weight if it wasn’t for this great opportunity you have given me. My friends and family have also been amazing they are so supportive and they will continue to support me once the 8 weeks have finished. I am going to keep on with the Celebrity Slim until I reach my target weight. 

I can’t believe I have gone from an almost size 18 (although I was wearing size 16’s but the looked sprayed painted on) to a 14………….I FEEL FANTASTIC! 

Any way I had better go and get on with my work!! I am not concentrating today as I am dreaming of all the new SMALLER clothes I can buy hehehe

Hi All

I have been for my weigh in tonight as I couldn’t go last night. I am so pleased again I have lost another 1/2 pound and another inch from my waist…….it might not seem a lot but I am sooooooooo happy…………….I am going to have a glass of wine tonight to celebrate )

There is only two more weigh-ins left so I am going to push myself to do the best that I can.

Sorry it’s only a short one today but my friend Nic has just arrived with our wine and believe me we will enjoy our treat.

Well what an amazing week I went to Rowland’s Pharmacy today and I can’t believe the results……….are you ready for this……………I lost 6lb and another 2 inches from my waist. I was always a slow starter but I knew it would come good in the end. I have been putting extra effort in this week at the gym and have changed the exercise routine. I would like to say a massive thank you to the lads at Rowland’s who gave me some excellent advice THANK YOU!!

I absolutely love Celebrity Slim and would recommend it 100% to anybody who has been thinking twice about giving it a go…………..it works…. so go for it.

I have had a brilliant Easter and I wasn’t bothered in the slightest about Easter Eggs, my attitude towards food has completely changed I no longer comfort eat or need scaffolding to hold my plate up, my portion sizes have halved and I feel Fantastic.

Hi All

Oh my days you will never guess what happened today??? I got my usual Wednesday call from the lovely Chris Milow from Wish FM, we were chit chatting as normal about the previous week then out of the blue he said “just hold on a moment there Vicky I have a special message for you.” Then all of a sudden my husband’s voice came on the line with a lovely message of support. I was so shocked I almost fell down the stairs in work………..what a encouraging and thoughtful thing to do….thanks to Chris and Andy for making my day )

I have just got back from my dads for tea and bless him he made me a chicken salad ( well he had bought a cooked chicken and a bag of lettuce but the thought was there though hehe.) I also invested in a new game for my WII called Just Dance. You should have see me prancing around the living room to the Eye of the Tiger, didn’t realise I was so good at throwing shapes, it’s fab exercise and really funny.

I had a forest fruit shake for my breakfast and the same again for my dinner ,they taste like opal fruits, I love them! I think tomorrow I am going to have a Choco Mint Chip for my breakfast and a banana one for my dinner ermmmm no I have changed my mind maybe a strawberry one for my dinner …….oh I don’t know I can’t decide they are all equally scrumptious!!

Anyway people I am off to throw some more shapes in my living room to Cotton Eye Joe!!
