Well I’ve just had my first weigh in and to be honest I’m feeling really disappointed! I’ve really stuck to the diet and I’ve only lost 3lb!! I feel really downhearted and fed up with myself!
BUT onwards I go - I cannot give up – over the weekend people commented how well I looked and asked if I had lost weight???? So it must have come off in the inches rather than in weight?? I hope!!! I wore jeans and a top that I had not worn for a while and my belly was not hanging over my jeans (muffin top) like it was before !!
Anyway I’ve just had my first shake of the day – hopefully next week I will do better!!!!
