I was a bit nervous going to Rowlands Chemist this afternoon…
Very happy when she told me ive lost 5 pounds – just hope I do the same next week.
I also lost 7cm’s from around my waist.
Going out for a walk now with my grandson before it gets dark so speak to you tomorrow.
